LQLarry Reads, Reviews by a Grumpy Old Man

I love to read. Mostly I love to read book series. I really enjoy finding series that have been out a few years and reading them, either the complete series or catching up by reading all the books available in the series. Starting with 2019 I will start posting my thoughts and maybe a small review of the books, writers, and audiobooks I've read. Newer books and lesser known books will probably get real reviews older books just blurbs and my thoughts.

About Me

Since I was born and pretty much raised in Alabama, I've always been a BAMA fan, so not much else to say about that. I started reading as a hobby about 10 years ago and read between 50 to 100 books a year. Usually the ones without pictures. I have been a Linux user for since 2007 (not counting the 1st time with Fedora 5 in 2006) and enjoy installing different Desktop Environments and Windows Environments like window tilers a few times a year. This give me knowledge on what is out there in the Linux world. I enjoy learning from YouTube channels like Distro Tube, Chris Titus, Eric Adams, Destination Linux, Big Daddy Linux and many more. Plus all Linux costs is bandwidth.
